Would Napoleon build a Fromage Factory, ahem, New Packers Stadium in Eastern St. Minneapolis, or would that be too preparatory for the Olympics? I am not using my ancient wisdom on the Vikings. But there are most likely worse things to spend money on. They ruined Paris once with Hausman's spokes. But the excitement builds.
